Leanne Kollias is the HR Lead at BioPoint, having joined BioPoint seven years ago in an operations role, Leanne has grown alongside the organization, transitioning into Human Resources and becoming a trusted resource for employees across the company. Known for her people-first approach, she is passionate about building strong relationships, supporting team members through every stage of their careers, and fostering a positive, collaborative workplace culture. Leanne believes that a company’s greatest asset is its people and is dedicated to ensuring employees feel supported, valued, and empowered to succeed. Whether navigating complex HR matters, driving employee engagement initiatives, or simply being a helping hand, she is always willing to step in and put the team first.

A Massachusetts native who now resides in New Hampshire, Leanne enjoys spending time with her husband, two young sons, and beloved mini Goldendoodle, Stella. Outside of work, she loves traveling, making memories with family and friends, and embracing opportunities to connect with others.
