Jay Destino is the VP, FSP Solutions at BioPoint, where he leads the business development team and oversees West Coast operations. Jay joined the company in 2014 shortly after earning his degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Purdue University, bringing a unique, engineering-minded approach to the industry. Over the past 12+ years, he has touched nearly every aspect of the business, including successfully launching BioPoint’s Carlsbad office. Known for his versatility and hands-on leadership style, Jay is dedicated to driving growth and client success. A proud native of the North Shore of Boston, he enjoys spending his downtime with his wife, two children and Australian Shepherd.
