I started working at BioPoint in the fall of 2018. At the time, I didn’t have any experience in the pharmaceutical industry, recruiting, or sales. However, through interactive/in-person training sessions, shadowing peers, and of course, practicing on the phone, I was able to get a grasp on the industry and start writing my book of business after just a few months.
